Amla Mustard Pickle - Usiri Aavakaaya (with Garlic)

Home made Amla Pickle with Mustard (Usiri Aavakaaya). Authentic Andhra recipe prepared by my Mom in traditional methods. Pickle prepared in November 2021 and mixed up and down in this month for best preservation and started selling the last bacth in February. 

Ingredients: Raw Organic Amla, Groundnut Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Home-ground Mustard Powder, Home-ground Methi Powder, Garlic Cloves, Sea Salt, Organic Lemon Juice

Shelf Life: 8 months (Oct 2022) when preserved properly without exposing to moisture, air, light and heat
