Mango Jaggery Pickle - Aavakaaya (with Garlic)

Home made Mango Pickle (Aavakaaya). Authentic Andhra recipe prepared in traditional method by my Mom. Pickle prepared in May month 2023 and mixed up and down twice for best preservation (traditional technique)  

Ingredients: Raw Mango, Grated Jaggery, Groundnut Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Home-ground Mustard Powder, Home-ground Methi Powder, Garlic Cloves, Sea Salt

Shelf Life: 12 months (Till May 2025) If preserved properly without exposing to moisture, air, light and heat
