Home made Grated Mango Pickle with Jaggery (Bellam Maagaaya). Authentic Andhra recipe prepared in traditional method by my Mom. Pickle prepared in May month 2023 and mixed up and down twice for best preservation (traditional technique)  

Ingredients: Raw Scraped Mango, Groundnut Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Jaggery, Home-ground Mustard Powder, Garlic Cloves, Sea Salt.

Shelf Life: April 2025 If preserved properly without exposing to moisture, air, light and heat.
