Mango Moong Pickle - Pesarakaaya (with Garlic)

Home made Mango Pickle (Aavakaaya). Authentic Andhra recipe prepared in traditional method by my Mom. Pickle prepared in May month 2022 and mixed up and down twice for best preservation (traditional technique)  

Ingredients: Raw Mango, Groundnut Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Home-ground Moong Powder, Garlic Cloves, Sea Salt

Shelf Life: 2 months (Till July 2023) If preserved properly without exposing to moisture, air, light and heat
