Mango Mustard Pickle - Aavakaaya (without Garlic)

Home made Mango Pickle. Authentic Andhra recipe prepared in traditional method by my Mom. Pickle prepared in May 2026 and mixed up and down twice for best preservation (traditional technique)  

Ingredients: Raw Mango, Groundnut Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Home-ground Mustard Powder, Home-ground Methi Powder, Sea Salt and Tadka

Shelf Life: 12 months (Till May 2027) If preserved properly without exposing to moisture, air, light and heat
