Home made Mango Pickle. Authentic Andhra recipe prepared in traditional method by my Mom. Pickle prepared in June 2024 and mixed up and down twice for best preservation (traditional technique)
Ingredients: Raw Mango, Groundnut Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Home-ground Mustard Powder, Home-ground Methi Powder, Sea Salt and Tadka
Shelf Life: 12 months (Till June 2025) If preserved properly without exposing to moisture, air, light and heat
