Mango Til Sliced Pickle with Garlic (Nuvvupindi Maagaaya)

Home made Grated Mango Pickle with Sesame (Nuvvupindi Maagaaya). Authentic Andhra recipe prepared in traditional method by my Mom. Pickle prepared in June month 2025 and mixed up and down twice for best preservation (traditional technique)  

Ingredients: Raw Scraped Mango, Groundnut Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Home-ground Til Powder, Home-ground Mustard Powder, Garlic Cloves, Sea Salt.

Shelf Life: May 2026 If preserved properly without exposing to moisture, air, light and heat.
